Agent Instructions:  Please advise your clients to be prepared for photos before arrival by staging the home, removing items from kitchen counters, refrigerators, bathroom countertops and front/backyards to include relocating cars in the driveway. Photography sessions work best when the homeowners, children and pets are not at home. 
 
*** Travel Fees May Apply and Are Not Included in the Prices Advertised.  A credit card fee of 3.9% is charged on your invoice unless you pay CASH for services. CASH payments receive an additional 10% discount (total 13.9% discount).
